← back to portfolio | Case Study: Care Club Mobile App

Objective: To develop the "Care Club" app for XYZ Group (could not disclose client information), facilitating aid for the needy during the COVID-19 lockdown in Ahmedabad, India. The app aimed to connect those who wanted to help with homeless individuals and others in need of groceries, healthcare, or other essentials.
Challenge: The main challenge was to create a platform for community members to post and respond to aid requests while ensuring safety and minimal contact due to COVID-19 concerns.
I was working as a UX/UI designer at JSTechno Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Team Members: 1 Android developer, 1 iOS developer, 1 backend developer, and 1 QA engineer
Stakeholder Influence: Constant collaboration with the group for feedback and validation.
Since the client has stated that they know the users who want this product, we should stop defining the users and proceed with the key search. We started with a comparative assessment.
We conducted a comparative analysis of global fundraising platforms to understand how do apps work to serve with monetary help and food delivery and to understand how delivery service works.
Findings: identified unique aspects of the Care Club project and decided on a new approach different from existing platforms.
